R&B Florida Seeds

Great Seller. I purchased seeds to the value of $80. I emailed the seller to check if my seeds had been shipped & they replied within 24 hours. The seeds arrived from the USA to Australia in 2 weeks ( 09/07/26). Thank you

Like many others, I had a similar experience with this seller. Their policy states orders are sent as tracked packages at the "lowest available price," but that is a complete lie. When my order was late, I messaged the seller. He bluntly replied it had shipped, but the confirmation of "shipment" email I received later revealed it wasn't actually sent until the next day. Six days later, I asked for the tracking number promised in their policy. I never got a response. The seeds finally arrived today in a regular envelope with a single stamp. The seller charged $6.99 for "package shipping" but used a sub-dollar stamp with zero tracking. Pocketing the difference and lying about shipping dates is completely dishonest. Your communication sucks and your website is misleading. Just be honest and tell people you use stamped envelopes—nobody would mind if you just adjusted your seed prices instead of scamming people on shipping.

Do not order from this retailer. Wished I could give less than 1 star, this retailer is a scam! This retailer took my money and never sent my order. Poor customer service. They never answer messages and the few I did get at first kept telling me my order was shipped but each message I got stated 3 separate days???and there chat feature evens says order is processed but never was. Shopify where my ordered went through also shows order was never shipped. I truly believe they take orders for things they don’t even have in stock and take your money. When you look up retailer on google street view it shows the address for a house in a neighborhood. I wished I would of read all the reviews before ordering. Had to get my credit card company involved because retailer has not cancelled order either like I asked. The really sad part is I live in Florida the same state they claim to be located, it should not take long to arrive if they actually sent my order.

Horrible shipping and communication. Order placed Jan 28th, shipment received Feb 20th. Contacted the vendor twice with no response. The seed catalog is large but I would not recommend this vendor unless you can't find your desired seeds anywhere else. Two stars simply because it was not a scam.

Ordered 100 Trident Maple seeds. I received confirmation email right away. Then no follow up email for shipment details. Nothing. Had to contact seller twice. All excuses. Then I threatened writing a bad review and contacting BBB. Finally got shipping information but the package didn’t leave for almost another two weeks. Got my package. I did a water scarification for 24 hours and checked for float after. EVERY SINGLE SEED was still floating. I’ll be very surprised if any of these germinate. They are in cold stratification right now. I will update my review in a few months if they do germinate. Still, difficult to work with, poor communication, initially appears to be an inferior product, and high price. Just shop somewhere else unless you just CANNOT find something super rare and are willing to risk it. He does have a good LISTED selection. Who knows where he gets his seeds from though.
